Ingredients:
Oil 3 -4 tbsp
Onion 1 medium
Ginger 1 inch piece
Garlic 3 cloves
Black cardamom 3- 4
Black pepper few
Zeera 1tsp
Bay leaves 2-3
Long 7 -8
Cinnamon small piece
Whole red chili 7 -8
Green onion 1
Green chili 2 -3
Haldi Powder 1 tsp
Channa daal/Lentil 1 cup
Qeema/Minced meat 300 gm
Coriander ½ bunch
Method:
· Heat oil in the pan add Slice ginger garlic. Stir it for few seconds.
· Add bay leaves, black pepper, black cardamom , cloves, cinnamon stick and zeera . Mix these spices together , then add whole red chilies. Stir for few seconds and remove from heat.
· Add qeema mix it well and put pan back on stove, cook again for few minutes.
· Add sliced onion and channa daal. Aldo add sliced green chilies and garam masala powder. Mix well .
· Add sliced green onion. Cook it till all water dries up. Add 1 ½ cup water, when water starts to boil add haldi.Mix well add salt as well. Now cover the pan and let it cook on bit low flame.
· Cook it till all water is dried up. There should be no water left.
· Now remove bay leaves and process qeema mixture in processor. Add chopped fresh coriander.
· Make kebabs of desired size, coat them well with beaten eggs.
· Put oil in frying pan and fry kebabs till golden from both sides.
