Savoury Potato



Ingredients:
Potato                                      4 – medium
Onion                                      1- small

Green chili                               4
Coriander                                2 tbsp chopped
Salt                                           per taste
Red chili powder                     ½ tsp
Imli/Tamarind  paste               2 tbsp

Method:
·         Boil potato , peel skin and cut them in 2 pieces. With a spoon scoop out potatoes from middle for filling  and keep aside. You may need to cut potatoes a little from bottom as well to make them level .
·         Chop onion, green chili and coriander.
·         Mix  onion, coriander, green chili, chili powder, salt and tamarind together.
·         Stuff potatoes with this mixture.
·         Arrange potatoes on greased baking tray and  bake for 8 -10 minutes in preheated oven (180 celcius).
