Pineapple Halwa


Ingredients:

Pineapple                          1 - finally chopped
Sugar                                  1/2 cup
Ghee                                   1/3 cup
Milk                                     1 cup
Instant oats                      2 -3 tbsp
Khoya                                1 - 1  1/2 cup
Cardamom                       4 -  5 pods

Method:

  1. Melt  ghee in pan. 
  2. Add finally chopped pineapple.
  3.  Cook pineapple till its water dries up and it becomes soft.
  4. Add sugar and give it a quick mix.
  5. Add 1/2 cup milk and cook on low heat milk dries up and pineapple achieves a pulp texture.
  6. Add quick cooking oats , mix and add rest of the 1/2 cup milk. Cook this on slow flame to let oats  absorb milk and become soft.
  7. Finally add khoya , mix it well and cook about a minute or two and dish out. Yummy pineapple halwa is ready for you to enjoy.
