Green Beans

 Ingredients:

450 gm                Frozen green beans
1 large                  Onion
2 tbsp                   Oil
3/4 tsp                 Salt or as per taste
1/2 tsp                Red chilli powder
1/3 tsp                Haldi powder
1 tsp                      Tomato paste
1 tbsp                   Ginger garlic paste
1 tsp                     Coriander powder
1 tsp                     Zeera(cumin seeds)
½ tsp                   Zeera powder(cumin powder)
1 /2 tsp               Garam masala

Method:

Heat oil in the pan add cumin seeds when they start to splutter  add thinly sliced onions. Fry onion till they get a nice golden brown color. Add ginger and garlic paste, fry it for about minute or two. Add tomato paste, salt, red chilli powder, haldi powder, coriander powder, zeera powder and garam masala. Let it cook on medium heat till u see oil traces on top. At the this point add green beans mix them well. Turn heat low and cover the pan, Let them cook for about 5-10 minutes, make sure not to overcook. Dish out and enjoy with nan/roti or rice.
