Low Calorie Salad Dressing / Dip

 
Ingredients:
     100   gm                 fat free yogurt
     2    tbsp                  Ketchup
     2    cloves               garlic
     pinch of salt

Method:

Its very simple and takes about  a minute to make. All you have to do is peel and  mince garlic cloves then mix in rest of the ingredients  and enjoy . Absolutely delicious.


  Its up to you if you want to use it as dip or as salad dressing , tastes great both ways.
