Ingredients:
Dry milk powder – full fat 250gm
Cream 250gm
Method:
- Put dry milk powder in a microwave safe bowl. Add cream slowly and mix together.
- Microwave it for 1 minute. Take it out mix well.
- Microwave again for another minute. Take out and mix again, khoya is ready. It may seem bit soft / liquidy at this point , but as it cools down it will get more dry and solid.
